The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The morning meal could have offered more drink options, like Coke instead of just juice.

Beautiful and fancy place, I greatly enjoyed outstandingly accommodating personnel.
Many things to mention - everything was clean, fabulous food, awesome views. Double room included a balcony and a sofa. The breakfast was great with lots of delicious options. It was in a great location near the train station. Was in a stunning area and near restaurants and a casino. The service was exceptional, including a fast check-in...

The buffet breakfast was a good start to each day, and the stunning view from my room was a lovely bonus. I appreciated the amazing service, especially from Francisco at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The modern, clean rooms were comfortable, and the pool area was a refreshing retreat after exploring the nearby attractions.
I couldn't recommend more this hotel.

The hotel property was luxurious with great and stunning location close enough to Star's restaurants and Pacific Fair shopping center, the washed out Broadbeach Blues festival, and casino and the 19 restaurant. Our rooms were newly furnished and neat with balcony and tea bags, for example. The service was amazing, the food was good!

Check-in took forever, my room wasn't ready until after 5 PM, and when I finally got in, the sheets were stained. The staff seemed totally indifferent to it all!

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and tons of nearby cafes, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast delights could be enhanced with clearer options and prices available in advance.

Loved the great view from my room! But the TV didn’t work in the new room I moved to. annoying that the alarm went off unexpectedly.

The room had a great view, and the layout was decent for the price. I appreciated the accessible features but wish they had been executed better.
Upon arrival, I faced delays while checking in, waiting over an hour despite being well past check-in time. The bathroom flooded after a shower in the accessible room, leaving it unusable until it dried out. There was constant noise from the fan. I expected more out of a room at $300 a night-especially regarding service and facilities.

great experience but some improvements needed
The hotel has a beautiful design, visually appealing. The concierge, Don, was really good. His personalized assistance. The city view from my room was amazing.
Check-in took longer than expected, a bit frustrating.

review: The Dorsett Gold Coast boasts a fantastic location near The Star and Pacific Fair, making it perfect for exploring. The Executive Lounge is a highlight, offering a great breakfast and really good afternoon drinks. Unfortunately, the parking situation proved to be a hassle, adding some frustration to the experience. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-04-15}

The room was cleaned daily, providing fresh towels and amazing views that added to the experience. I particularly appreciated the meticulous attention to detail, although I did find an opened milk carton left in the fridge, which detracted slightly from the overall impression.
